Product or Parts Return

Please contact Spartanics Service Department at +1-847-394-5700, ext. 1500 when you wish to return either a product or part for credit. A Service Technician will provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. It is necessary that the Return Authorization Number be included on the shipping papers, and marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. The item should be shipped to our plant in Rolling Meadows, Illinois with all freight charges prepaid. Returns shipped without the freight charges prepaid will not be accepted from your shipper.

Credit for a returned item will not be issued until it has been inspected by the Service Department.

We strongly recommend that you save the original shipping carton in case the item has to be returned for service or credit.
