M580 ID Plastic Card Punching System puts cutting edge machine intelligence to work to tightly synchronize lamination and card punching operations to minimize waste. Core sheets aren’t wasted when they misfeed or if a laminating film splice will be laminated over one of the core sheets. Smart controls start and stop laminating exactly at the proper time to avoid wasting core sheets. Database correlation is automatic and systems are turned off in case of data match errors.
