Spartanics is going to the 2026 Loupe Americas Show
Spartanics is a global leader in the field of precision full-service engineering, manufacturing, and automation technologies, serving the label printing, laser cutting, die cutting, printing, packaging, and card counting industries, and has more than 60 years of experience in this area. Because of its high level of skill, the company has earned a reputation as a leader in improving these manufacturing processes. Spartanics is still constantly coming up with new engineering solutions which enable its customers to obtain world-class solutions, reduce their development lead times, and enjoy excellent design flexibility, thus helping them to stand above the competition.
Spartanics is launching a brand-new Compact Laser System known as XIPHOS.
As part of its series of breakthrough developments, Spartanics is introducing the next phase of its integrated compact laser converting systems: Fastline, a plug-in for Adobe Illustrator. The product line, named XIPHOS (pronounced Zyfose), is generating significant industry excitement, and this technology is a game-changer because it offers the solutions the label industry has been looking for for some time.
The XIPHOS Compact Laser System removes the need for tooling and eliminates the downtime caused by waiting for plates. It provides excellent design flexibility for labels and introduces new industry-leading label-cut shapes. The system achieves higher precision and better edge quality. By eliminating changeovers, it makes both long- and short-run jobs more cost-effective. In keeping with Spartanics' sustainability initiatives, the system also eliminates the costs associated with scrap metal waste. Overall, the system is essential to remain competitive in today's and tomorrow's label-producing market.
In label making, functionality and profitability are the key considerations. The Spartanics XIPHOS Compact Laser System is an inline machine designed to run at full capacity. For several reasons, XIPHOS is technology you can't do without.
It has the smallest footprint in its class; space is at a premium, and clients want this functionality in small areas.
There is global support available since most of the companies in this industry do not have the wide reach that Spartanics has when it comes to providing timely support, and the fact that a product is well built and made in America carries more credibility than 'Made in China' or 'Assembled in the US'.
Nothing matches it in reliability; Spartanics has lasted so long that it can speak to the reliability of its technology, since downtime costs money.
Precision and speed. Since entering the market more than 70 years ago, Spartanics has brought in top engineers and consistently found solutions to meet future demands for accuracy and clients' time constraints.
“Spartanics is about to start a thrilling new phase, and we’re bringing that enthusiasm to LOUPE. We believe label and sticker producers can turn bold ideas into profitable growth through digital printing and laser die cutting. This event offers an opportunity to meet the people behind that creativity, share our vision, and build partnerships that will advance our industry. Building on our origins in American manufacturing, we are introducing new ideas, offering responsive service, and remaining committed to our customers' success. We are proud of our past—and even more excited about the future,” said Jake Kowalewski, CEO of Spartanics.
The XIPHOS is a small, inexpensive laser conversion system that combines with the Spartanics Fastline plug-in for Adobe Illustrator to deliver exceptional speed throughout the process, from pre-press to the final labels. Those seeking a roll-to-roll laser cutter will get good value for money from this compact, low-cost machine. LaserLite includes an unwinder, a 250-watt laser die cutter, a matrix removal unit, and a rewinder, all of which can operate at up to 40 meters per minute. For the high-speed 60 meters per minute version, you need a 450-watt laser upgrade. Either the Web Steering or Camera option improves accuracy in cut-to-print registration for two axes.
