Standard CR80 financial transaction cards can be punched with Spartanics Plastic Card Punching System; inspected with Spartanics Plastic Card Inspection Systems and counted on Spartanics Card Counters.

The plastic card punching system configuration for punching financial transaction cards will allow the user to insert a stack up to 18″ (45 cm) in height of plastic sheets 29″ x 30″ (73 cm x 76 cm) in the Autocutter for edge trimming and cutting into strips.

The cut strips will then be fed into the registration feed where it will be correctly positioned for registration, and then die cut. The die cut cards will fall through the die, and onto a card collection conveyor that will carry them out to the operator in a shingled fashion.

An optional module is available that can automatically insert the punched cards into cartridges as they finish their travel down the card collection conveyor.

A basic plastic card punching system for punching financial transaction cards consists of the following modules:

Loyalty Cards are a popular product that is generally manufactured from sheeted plastic that is punched and scored into a wide variety of shapes. Configurations from small CR80 size cards with multiple key tags up to cards that contain three CR80 cards.
